Separately, the sign-up page offers +10% on the first top-up up to 2,000 coins and 6 free cases with no code. Inside a logged-in account on 1 Oct 2026 a top banner read “7.5% bonus on your first top-up +6 cases”, and the Rewards page and the card cashier showed “Top up bonus: 7.5% extra coins on a top-up up to 2000” and “Includes a 7.5% First Deposit Bonus”, so the percentage differs from the 10% on the sign-up banner. Does CSGORoll require verification?
Yes, in our test: before coins could be bought, the site required verification (email verified, “Personal Details” showing “Pending”, identity check done with a partner).
The card failed. The first attempt (€6.25 for 9.99 coins) ended with “The transaction has failed and no funds have been added to your account”, reason “Payment provider error”. No coins were credited; we did not check whether the money was debited or refunded.
ZEN worked. The second attempt came to $7.59: €6.25 at 1 EUR = 1.214395 USD, with a link to the “margin relative to ECB exchange rates”, so the rate includes a margin. 9.99 coins arrived and were credited instantly. A promo-code bonus was shown at top-up; there were no blocks or limits.

The daily limit is 1,000 coins plus that day’s top-up, with manual review above it; the site does not say whether it applies to selling your skins or to exchanging coins.
Crypto. Only through Roll Chips. Chips come from a crypto deposit, chat giveaways (Rain), rakeback, the faucet and gem exchange. Licence and operator
There is no gaming licence in the rules. In the FAQ, the site says it does not consider itself gambling or a casino in the jurisdictions it targets, and that Curacao licences do not by themselves protect players. The rules say “We are not a gambling site”, and Roll Chips are described as a sweepstakes mechanic.
The operator is Max Stacks Ltd (reg. no. C 64304), Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis; some payments are processed by Feral Entertainment (Cyprus) Limited (reg. no. HE388908). The entity, number and address are given openly; we did not check the registry.
Provably fair and RTP
Provably fair lets you recalculate a round yourself. Here it is computed with SHA-256 from a server seed, a client seed and a nonce; in Roll, the hash of an EOS block replaces the client seed. A public verifier is at /info/provably-fair.

Five-star reviews make up 68.5% (1,799) and one-star reviews 18.8% (495). The simple average of those stars is about 4.1, while Trustpilot uses its own formula; we cannot explain the gap. What recent reviews say. We read the 20 latest English-language Trustpilot reviews, from 17 Aug 2026 to 25 Sep 2026. The sample is English-only while the profile covers all languages, and a sample this small shows mood, not statistics. It has 10 one-star reviews (50%) against 18.8% on the profile and 5 five-star (25%) against 68.5%, plus four 4-star and one 3-star. What repeats:
- seven write about lag and outages (including the mobile version after an update);
- five doubt the fairness of games (battles and PvP “rigged”), and one more calls the site a scam because of a block;
